The single-seat fighter Nieuport 11 was one of the well-known French planes of WW1. The plane first entered service on Western Front in August 1915. In spite of its small dimensions the fighter had a good technical characteristics. Just for its mobility it was named Bebe, in the same time it confirmed its popularity among the aviators. |
