Formation began in December 1941 in Omsk. Materiel - armored type OB-3 number 1 "Victory" and the number 2, "For the Motherland" was adopted by the division of 17 and 30 March 1942.Both compounds were built in the factory number 174 Commissariat tank industry in Omsk and consisted of Armored locomotive.
