The BTR-152S is the Soviet armored command and radio vehicle, designed on the base of the BTR-152V APC. The BTR-152S was in serial production from 1955-1959 and served the Soviet and Warsaw Pact forces as well as the armed forces of Soviet satellite states. In total 272 BTR-152S were built.
